All our Body Sculpting Treatments come with a Customized Training and nutrition Program, this is just as important as the treatment itself. Since non-invasive laser treatments work with your own body to naturally achieve the results you want, you have to provide your body with what it needs in order to work for you. For example, with the fat loss treatments the fat is released into your bloodstream and it has to be mobilized to move it to your lymphatic system to drain it out of your body, if you are sedentary this fat will just recirculate to a different part of the body. Cardio is crucial to increase blood flow to flush out the fat and carry nutrients to the areas that are regenerating collagen. Without Cardio you will still get results but they won’t be as drastic as they would with the cardio, I’m only talking about 30-60 minutes of cardio where your heart rate is slightly elevated above normal, this could be as simple as walking faster than you normally do or doing short bursts of cardio throughout the day like a short run or taking the stairs and running up them etc…
